
Use this page to send email to your Health Care Team. The first thing you see is a list of your reports that are Ready to send. These are reports that you have added to Team Share but have not yet sent. Below this list is a form to address and send the Reports. Type the email addresses of the Health Care Team members whom you want to receive the report. If you are sending Reports to more than one email addresses, separate each email address with a comma ( , ) or a semicolon ( ; ). If you entered a Health Care Team member on your Profile : Options page, that person's email and address will be entered in those fields. If you want to send the report to different people, just type in the email addresses over the one that is already there.
Once you have addressed the email, you can change the Subject: and
Message: fields if you want to. Press the Send Report button to send it.
Email can also be sent from your own email account. Cut and paste the note into a new email message. However, if you email a report from your own email, the Status will not be marked Sent. It will remain in the Ready to send state until it is opened by your Health Care Team.
When you send a report, you are actually sending a Web address to the list of reports that you have prepared. All your Health Care Team members needs to view an Image report is a Web browser with access to the Internet. If your Health Care Team member is willing to perform a one-time install of the Java plug-in, they will be able to view pop-up event details as well.
